Hilltop MD, Neil Russell-Bates is a co-founder of Sustaineers Consultants, an alliance of sustainability consultants with a diverse range of experience and specialist knowledge across the board in key fields of sustainability. Along with Neil they are all certified in business sustainability from the University of Cambridge.

Who?

Hilltop is led by MD Neil Russell-Bates. Neil has decades of commercial experience across a wide range of customer-facing businesses. He's worked directly for major brands such as Coca Cola and Walkers, and collaborated with a range of marketing companies servicing major international blue chip clients such as Diageo, L’Oreal and P&G. He is also Cambridge University trained in sustainability management among other key certifications.
